Sigh.  Can we stop completely saying "Runtime" when "Buildtime" is meant?  The -devel packages are *totally* not runtime requirements.  If build time requirements need to be listed, that's fine but they should be on a page related to build time requirements and this is not that page!  It's also be nice if this weren't an entirely one-sided discussion, but I guess I shouldn't have expected more from a wiki. --[[User:Ajschult|Ajschult]]
