 While not *required*, it is highly recommended that your Firefox Club take the time to determine leadership roles and opportunities for it's members.

+==Things to Consider==
+Before electing individuals, your Firefox Club should consider the following things:
+*Term length (we recommend 6 months to start off with)
+*Term limits (we recommend that each person should not be in their role longer than 1 year (to allow for new people to participate and have an opportunity to serve as a leader in the group)
+*Eligibility (It would be a good idea before voting to have each candidate say a few words about their qualifications for the position and why they would like to serve in this role. There's quite a bit of responsibility with these roles, so you want to make sure the people are up to the task!)
+*Bandwidth (we recommend that each person not be able to hold more than 1 role - as that may be too much work for 1 person!)
