Flash
- Flash 11.9.900.170 has been released, but we were missing symbols for that and the latest beta (12.0.0.31) - KaiRo has contacted Adobe on that and it looks like it's resolved.
- 11.9.900.170 is scooping up users from both versions that had been on release (.117, .152), perhaps Adobe had seen an issue with .152 before and didn't roll it out for everyone.

- Gavin reminds us that background thumbnailing is now on beta, so we should look out for any bugs specific to that.
- We currently have no way to send crash reports for those background processes, should we file a bug to investigate that?
- No alarms for 27beta1
- will be filing a few top 20 crashers.
