Warning: With effect from 1st September 2023, the Mozilla Reps program was closed and activities ended.

Intro

The reps-general mailing list is read-only per policy. For any discussions please use Discourse. You can find more information about the channels on ReMo/Communication.

Email warnings to policy offenders

In the event that a person subscribed to a Mozilla Rep mailing does not respect this mailing list policy, the following are email templates that the Mozilla Reps Council must use to warn the person of their offence:

First Warning:

Dear [first name],

Unfortunatelly we've detected that some of your messages sent to the Reps-general mailing list violate the code of conduct for this mailing list. 
We try to keep the mailing list as the main channel for all Reps to request help, notify of an event, or try to contact other Reps in their region. We think that some of your recent messages do not meet one or more of these requirements.
Please, consider this as a friendly notification, and keep in mind that we are all here to help strengthn the program.

Second warning:

Dear [first name],

We're contacting you again, because we've detected that you have again violated the Reps mailing list policy[1]. Remember that the mailing list is the main channel for all reps to request help, notify of an event, or try to contact other reps in their region. We assume that you had received my previous email warning about this behavior, and we would like to give you a second opportunity to read this policy and respect it. 
Please, consider this as a friendly warning. If you continue to send messages that do not respect the Mailing list policy, we may need to takeunsubscribe you from it.

Last warning:

The Mozilla Reps council has decided to unsubscribe you from the Reps Mailing list because you are not respecting the Mailing list policy [1]. Despite sending you several warnings by email but, you continue to send messages that are in violation of this policy.  You can request be admitted again, and your request will be reviewed by the Reps Council.
