This list is used for general discussions about the Mozilla Reps program and to share punctual news about an event or initiative that is relevant to the Mozilla Reps program and that can inspire/help other Reps.

This list should be used for:

* Updates from council
* General webdev updates
* Suggestions for improving the program

This list should NOT be used to:

* ask a technical/practical question (eg. how do I create my profile page?)
** you should ask your mentor
* discuss topics that are not relevant to the Mozilla Reps program
* write a one sentence congratulatory note (eg. Well done!) because these pile-up and distract from the more relevant/productive discussions on the mailing list
** you should leave a comment on the Reps profile page or on their blog/FB/twitter etc...
* share events unless you need guidance from other reps' experiences.
** Regional events should be planned/discussed at regional mailing lists.

* Discussion of special/conflict budget and swag requests

Other reps should only use this address for URGENT matters that they think require the attention of the council.
We're contacting you again, because we've detected that you have again violated the Reps mailing list policy[1]. Remember that the mailing list is the main channel for all reps to request help, notify of an event, or try to contact other reps in their region. We assume that you had received my previous email warning about this behavior, and we would like to give you a second opportunity to read this policy and respect it.
Please, consider this as a friendly warning. If you continue to send messages that do not respect the Mailing list policy, we may need to takeunsubscribe you from it.

The Mozilla Reps council has decided to unsubscribe you from the Reps Mailing list because you are not respecting the Mailing list policy [1]. Despite sending you several warnings by email but, you continue to send messages that are in violation of this policy.  You can request be admitted again, and your request will be reviewed by the Reps Council.

These can be used for general communication within your Mozilla community, and for reps for example to promote planned events or make a call for assistance/papers/speakers.
