Goals
- Keep existing workflows (don't break them)
- "It just works"
- Reduce the amount of descrete steps needed to perform certain tasks
- Provide API for extensions
- Be more discoverable than Ubiquity
- Be localizable
- Feel like part of the overall Firefox experience
