DLL Blocklist
The DLL blocklist is a last line of defense against loading unstable third party DLLs in toolkit-based apps like Firefox, when no other stability mechanism can be employed. For misbehaving plugins and addons, it is preferable to use the plugin blocklist, since it is more user-visible.
It was implemented in bug 524904, and the initial entries in the list were added in bug 525103.
