Use case: unfinished thread
I am having an email conversation with my son about giving him my measurements so that he can order me a tux. The project is undone (the measurements are not given) yet I am also waiting for a response from him.
I would like a way to mark a thread as awaiting response. When the response comes, I should see just the response, but also a quick way to expand the thread to see the entire thread. "Awaiting response" and "processed" would not appear in my normal view, but could be monitored on request.
Use case: transition from chat to email
I tried to contact a colleague with a chat program (Skype). Sent him a message, no response. So I want to send the same content async (email). There should be a clean, quick interface to switch a message from sync (Skype) to async (email). As it is, I had to load TB, look up his email address, then repeat the same message.
