From the very beginning period we want to spread and popularise the club among all the students and make them aware of the firefox OS and browser technology and other parts.
History
Beforehand in the IIIT-Cal /School of IT campus there was a Student Activity Center (SAC) running upto 2010.
It has been revived by Ayan Chandra, Bhaskar Tiwari and Kumar Aditya on 2012 .
1. As a part of the SAC- WBUT , the firefox_group@WBUT was founded and formed by Ayan Chandra.
He carried out and completed his role as club lead during 2013-2014.
2. Ranodeep Saha became the club lead from 2014 , 11th november onwards till now(though FSA still pending).
