The sheriff may not be taking patches from the exact order of the queue in order to speed things up, so if order matters (as in, a series of bugs depends on a certain order), please place those bugs in that order within the same bullet point.

Make sure all bugs that you add to this have one of the following uploaded to it:

• An mq patch file with the proper username and commit message set. You can set this by adding the -U and -e arguments when you qrefresh.
