When it's appropriate to request Gear from your Mozilla Space

• An unexpected event/opportunity occurred and the gear is needed within the week
• A VIP/Speaker/special guest stopped by the office and you would like to give them a VIP package
• Mozilla space tours
• Events hosted at Mozilla Spaces
• Special circumstances [to be evaluated at the discretion of the Gear Team]

If you have a request for Gear from a Mozilla Space please fill out the Google form that aligns with the your Mozilla Space.

All gear requests from Spaces must be made 1 week in advance. If you do not hear back from the Gear Team within 3 days regarding the status of your order, please email gearteam@mozilla.com.

Policy for Tours & Space Visitors

We realize that there are numerous Space tours and instances of contributors dropping-by the office and requesting an item with Mozilla branding to take with them upon their departure. In these scenarios, we recognize the value of individuals receiving a small token symbolizing their time at Mozilla and our Space Gear Coordinators have been authorized to distribute Mozilla stickers in these instances as they see fit. Although we always encourage gear to be requested ahead of time, stickers may be given out under these circumstances (limit 1 per person).

Note: The only item allowed to be distributed to these individuals/groups are stickers. Please do not request or distribute any item outside of stickers.
