*** proposing a 3 day work week in Paris with Fernando to ensure we hit the deadline on the 21st
* Will begin 2 week sprints beginning 8-Jul (to avoid getting overwhelmed with the backlog)
** confirm whiteboard tags that will be used
* meeting with adam+tokbox at 2pm => tarek is going so if we need to tell them something let's list it
* still some work with Ops (benson) on  the best way to deploy loop/msisdn (meeting tomorrow)
* FxA Oauth design WIP with John G and Darrin
** there are some minor changes that need to happen from a UX flow standpoint [see Loop FXA Oauth flow above]
** John and Darrin will meet tomorrow

Agenda

  • Status update on 7-Jul deadline (client side is not ready either)
    • load testing is next on the list
    • blocker: will get # from Alexis
    • 21-Jul is when Qualcomm & partners start testing and is a *hard deadline*
      • proposing a 3 day work week in Paris with Fernando to ensure we hit the deadline on the 21st
