Content

There should be a widget on the homepage that shows the last 5 developer news articles from the add-ons blog.
Only the post subject, date of publication, and a link to the post should be displayed
The feed to use is http://blog.mozilla.com/addons/category/developers/feed/

Content Management

Content will be managed via the Add-ons Blog category system.
Users that can post to the Add-ons Blog will be able to administer this list.
