Issues

• tagging failed because bug 1175331 added another file to bump, but that isn't present in m-r. Backed out that in buildbot-configs, retagged, rebuilt
• tagging failed again because the templates were fixed, but not the live config. Fixed, retagged, rebuilt
• en-US builds didn't fire, presumably due to tagging failures. Couldn't find the right button to press using the manhole, so build2 it is.
