Dropping LiveConnect

We're likely to drop LiveConnect in the Firefox 3.2 timeframe. There are a couple of consumers of this code - one is the mac plugin for Java which is being migrated to use the NP interfaces. And there are some other binary add-ons that also use it. Johnny seems to think that you should be able to build LC outside of our tree and they can use it directly that way.
