The Process

Task pipeline described as below:

* Triage    <tlt-triage>  - bugs which are considered of interest and would be triaged regularly.
* Backlog   <tlt-backlog> - bugs which are scoped to be fixed and would be processed once entering queue.
* Queue     <tlt-queue>   - bugs are given priority and would be fixed in FIFO order.
* WIP       <tlt-wip>     - bugs are currently working by team.
* Completed <tlt-done>    - bugs are finished by team.
* Reopen    <tlt-rp>      - bugs are reopened after it's resolved.
