The Process

Task Lifecycle

Task life cycle is described as below:

* Triage    <tlt-triage>  - bugs which are considered of interest and would be triaged regularly.
* Backlog   <tlt-backlog> - bugs which are scoped to be fixed and would be processed once entering queue.
* Queue     <tlt-queue>   - bugs are given priority and would be fixed in FIFO order.
* WIP       <tlt-wip>     - bugs are currently working by team.
* Completed <tlt-done>    - bugs are finished by team.
* Reopen    <tlt-rp>      - bugs are reopened after it's resolved.

Task Priority

P0 - Highest priority. Burning issue or of utmost importance. To be fixed in this release cycle.
P1 - Identified as critical to Platforms top-line objectives and therefore must be actively worked on or completed within 6 months.
P2 - Identified as important but are left to 'Platform Managers discretion' on when/if work will be initiated/completed.
P3 - Identified as low-priority items that would not be worked on in next 6 months.
