This page details the major issues or features the Firefox/Shield development team wants to work on each quarter.
2017
Overall 2017 goals:
- Support in-product multivariate testing via SHIELD.
- Automate analysis of common metrics for studies.
- Build better monitoring of recipe execution.
- Launch system add-on and add native support for SHIELD studies.
- Add support for opt-out SHIELD studies.
Q1 (January, February, March)
- System add-on bugfixes and polish
- Catch up with what self-repair can do that the system add-on can't
- Peer approval
- Opt-out studies
