Normal
Regular 4-5 week security & stability releases.
Medium
Higher than normal risk of an exploit existing in the wild for a high or critical issue; no ride-alongs should be taken, work should be prioritized over other release activities.
High
Known exploit for a high or critical issue; all other work should be put on hold, QA and Release teams should work weekends if required to get an update into users' hands as quickly as possible.
