Firefox/Projects/High-value Firefox 4 bugs

These are bugs that:

do not currently have blocking status,
are not polish bugs (of which there are many, and with the understanding that we should be able to block on polish bugs when we get to that phase, especially theme-related)
the UX team considers as major wins for Firefox 4,
we'd like to see people pick up, provide fixes for — or possibly even mark as blockers.

These do not include issues from: Panorama (Aza is building an equivalent list of his own), Sync (not being staffed by Johnath, if I understand it correctly), and the Add-ons Bar (which we have a hard time evaluating from a UX perspective right now). It's not because we think these aren't important.

In order of priority:

(Add-ons) Blocking third-party extension installs bug 596343 - critical to providing a fast user experience, users may only give us one more chance when they hear 4 is out
(Add-ons) Removing duplicate add-ons bug 596392 - critical to providing a fast user experience, users may only give us one more chance when they hear 4 is out
(New Theme) Tabs in titlebar on Windows on maximize bug 572160 (available as option on the Mac) (ask jimm)? - major part of the reason tabs on top is a better interface
(Performance) paint of browser window delayed compared with 3.6 bug 594821 - looks really broken right now
(Performance) URL autocomplete bug 566489
(Dataloss) set default of browser.sessionstore.privacy_level to 0 bug 424872 - we need to save users from dataloss, and then figure out any security implications (timeout, clear on exit)
(Performance) Ghost out the reload button instead of ghosting the Stop button so we don't add N ms to every page load, bug 596428
(New Theme) Display the domain in black and the path in grey bug 451833
(Tabs) Animated tab dragging/detaching, bug 455694 (just the dragging: bug 485105)
(New Theme) Streamline the visual appearance of the search field bug 592909
(Firefox Menu) Add zoom controls to the Firefox menu bug 592147

(Tabs) Groups from Panorama should show in List All Tabs bug 596017
(Tabs) Move Undo Closed Window/Tab List All Tabs menu should list closed tabs/windows for undo power
(Add-ons) Blocking add-ons that are more than two versions behind, compatibility-wise (ie. an add-on that doesn't work with 3.6 nor with 4.0 shouldn't stop you from upgrading your 3.5 to 4.0)
(Tabs) Make Search local to the tab (at least for tabs-on-top)
(Tabs) Eliminate redundant text when multiple tabs have the same partial title bug 583890
(Firefox Menu) Making sure Work Offline is removed (ie. never stuck in offline mode)
