P1 Update English articles for Fx 4

Work with Cheng to come up with a list of features that will need documentation specific to Firefox 4. [2010-10-11]

- As articles/groups of articles are done, localizers can start working on them.

P1 Contributor Documentation Update

Audit and inventory all existing contributor documentation [October 15]
- Decide what should be combined, deleted and updated. We'll work with Matthew and Cheng to do this for the Live Chat and Forum docs.
- Create a timeline for updating the docs
Complete drafts of new docs [2010-11-17]
Finalize docs [2010-11-24]
