I'd like to see addon_search_by_name.py rewritten (and others, but if we could start there...)
- Could we rewrite it and write individual tests for the past failure conditions we've seen? i.e. a test that finds add-ons with "-", "*" in their names, etc. Can get on Litmus tests, if need be.

two new tests added in smoke suite: test_search_tags_only.py, test_search_quotes_pagination.py
