Some users report that Sunbird 0.3 doesn't open if installed over previous version. Try the following steps to fix the issue:

• Uninstall Sunbird

• Go to Sunbird program folder (default '%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Sunbird')
  Delete all files left over from previous installations.

• Go to Sunbird profile folder (default '%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Sunbird\Profiles\<profilename>')
  Delete the created files 'compreg.dat' and 'xpti.dat'.

• Install Sunbird 0.3
