Feature Requirements

• Enable a ringtone so users can hear when there is an incoming call (issue #331)
• Ability to adjust the volume for the device for the following:
  • During a phone call (required)
  • Listening to content in an app (i.e. Video, Music, Browser, etc.) (nice to have)
• We'll eventually need to figure out if we want to have a global volume control or if we'd rather have app-specific volume settings
