Proposed Track: Engagement & Localization

Summary: As localization documentation within the MDN wiki is being frequently updated in en-US, native Spanish and Portuguese-speaking community members can greatly benefit from reading and understanding the new doc in their native language. We'll discuss the localization documentation model being implemented and the role of mozilla contributors in LATAM within that model. It's preferred that this be a brainstorming session to understand and meet the needs of the LATAM communities through L10n documentation.
