Projects

From the Vancouver work week, the team wants to try a project based kick-off meeting. The primary goal is to get sign off from core stakeholders: dev/qa/ops/prog management (UX/Product).

The outcomes of this meeting are:

• decrease redundant or wasted dev/qa/ops work
• decrease scheduling surprises and conflicts with other projects
• share responsibility over the entire life cycle of a project
• agree on the design, deliverables, and known issues.
