Goals
Provide spatial navigation support for game controllers, remote controls, and other limited input devices. It is currently difficult/annoying to navigate from link to link on a page using a device that doesn't have standard mouse or touch controls -- this feature will provide the ability for users to "tab through" links when using these devices.
