Mobile/Projects/Firefox Hub v2

Goals

This v2 release of Firefox Hub is focused on:

• Implementing all currently-planned features for Firefox Hub
• Doing a developer-focused PR push for Firefox Hub, to get developers interested, working on some add-ons, and helping with testing
• Ramping up Firefox Marketplace promotion by building a Hub add-on that pulls in the Marketplace discovery feed (if the discovery feed exists)

Justification

Firefox Hub is in support of the following Firefox goals:

• Add services to our product lines
• Get Firefox on a growth trajectory
• Invest in sustainability

Quality criteria

• Firefox Hub is "feature complete" as of this release
• Minimal user-perceptible performance hit
• Minimal increase in APK size
• All relevant telemetry probes are implemented.
