JSD2

• Good progress, it's possible to step, set breakpoints, use Watch panel, see stacks, but there is still a lot of what to fix.

  • Everyone should test the JSD2 branch
  • We should discuss when to merge with the master
  • Honza: needs at least to clean up the architecture and solve activation
