WebRTC

QA

• train-2013.03.29 shipped to production on 2013.04.11
• train-2013.04.12 has been cut and will go to stage this afternoon
• Stage version of AWS is mostly working, but need to get some HTTP request/response in order (checkurl), and preliminary loadtest showed some load problems (going to resize instances to c1.medium)
