It has come to my attention a Firrefox theme, Ghost Nebula by fourthwall, hosted by Mozilla at

includes unauthorized use of the artwork "The Ghost Nebula" created by Tyler Young and purchased by me for my website, StarArmy.com.

Note that the artist credits StarArmy.com as the copyright holder. I am the owner of StarArmy.com ( http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=stararmy.com ) and owner of the "Star Army" trademark ( http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=4070473&caseType=US_REGISTRATION_NO&searchType=statusSearch )

I hereby state, under penalty of perjury and in good faith, that I am the exclusive copyright holder of the image used in this theme, and the add-on creator does not have my permission to use this image and is infringing my rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 and that the information contained in this DCMA is accurate.

I ask that Mozilla promptly cease and desist the use and distribution of the infringing work.
