Necko

• landed online & offline events (552829).
• FTP waiting on jduell review (536289).
• HTTP auth (bug 537782). Design in limbo?

• Simple POSTs (not large files) coming soon.
• Suspend/resume, setPriority soon.
• known issue: cached images are not showing up for some reason in test-ipc.xul.
• CPOW removal nearly complete, de-RPCing createWindow more challenging (jdm, bug 559200)
