Mission

Provide a space for Asian and Pacific Islander Mozillians to celebrate our diverse cultures, foster understanding, and support of our lived experiences, and organize for an equitable and inclusive Mozilla.

Values

We draw strength from our diversity and intersectionality, creating a vibrant, supportive network to interact, raise awareness, discuss career aspirations, and share cultural appreciation opportunities.
We engage in topics that matter to the API community and want to bring awareness and action to Mozillians.
We condemn all forms of racism and societal wedges like the model minority myth; our experiences as Asians and Pacific Islanders are varied and valid.
We build allyship with other communities to create a Mozilla where everyone feels they belong.
