Silme 0.5.1 is a minor update that fixes several issues reported after Silme:0.5 release.

Changes:

Adds silme.diff.EntityListDiff.has_entity()
Speed up reading jar package in silme.io.jar
Various improvements to ignore patterns for reading packages (which allows to read only selected elements of a package)
Various bugs fixed

This version is also supposed to be matching Adrian's compare-locales script.
