Goals
- Support dragging of objects declared in canvas
- Support drag/drop in content HTML
- Support drag/drop in chrome
- Support drag/drop from window to window (both are application windows) (stretch goal)
Non-Goals
- Dragging to OS level properties -- dependent on Native Event Generation
