TBPL Autolog Unification

We'd like to get TBPL to display results that we push to autolog. We use autolog to post results of stuff that doesn't run in releng. These are projects that are in development, in github, or uses hardware we don't have in releng's systems. TBPL currently displays results from releng machines, but it would be great if we can easily get autolog's data shown in TBPL.
