| Past Items | In this month, Mozilla Perú had some events. I went to FESLEDU (In huaral), in this event I had a talk about Firefox and Mozilla. There were about 30 people.
We had event in CESCA (An Institute on Perú) also, but unfortunately our presentations was about HTML5 and the public was the basic level (first cycle) so we had to change some layouts to don't so very tedious. In this month we started some informal reunion addressed to public in general interested in Web, Mozilla, FLOSS, etc. We called this meetings: "MozCafe". In this first 2 MozCafe we met some new people and some friends from others communities, who's show interest in some projects. |
| Next Items | Although most of people from MozCafe showed interest in collaborating with some projects that day and then by posts list. We could not enforce such participation mainly because end of the year when they were busy with their final exams.
MozCafe continue (the next is December 15). We hope to further engage these people in the community. We also have scheduled a new event in CESCA, this time in another headquarters. But we have prepared a bit more basics presentations. |
