Summary & Decisions Made

1. Preserve the m-a ==> m-b cut-over date on Jan 30/31st
2. The date need to identify is when we want to publish to the split APK to the Android Store
3. We are close but we don't think the app will be in a state to go to our beta audience on the 30th.
4. There are some specific bugs we want to make progress on and areas of investigation we want to complete before we make the go/no-go decision
5. There will be daily status emailed
6. Once the patches fixing checkerboarding and panning/zooming have landed, we will do a checkpoint meeting with Jay

QA

1. Measure the start-up speed between single-locale builds and multi-locale builds

Engineering

1. Triage and tag beta blockers; including UI/Ux list from Madhava
2. Continue to work on and land Profile Migration, Pan/Zoom fixes, Tab Close Perf patches
3. Land latest top crash fixes
4. Tag any bugs Fx11 bugs requiring string changes with late-l10n bugs KW
