Change Management
Releasing to Aurora in the Android Marketplace (carried over)
Plan for releasing to marketplace
Rationale:
1. Need for volume of testers
2. Beta is a weak brand
3. Aurora is a strategic brand to invest in
4. Releasing Aurora in the marketplace delivers an event for Mozilla-commentators
5. Beta users have different expectations
6. Better risk management option: can promote to Beta users later if needed
