L10n:Goals/2011Q1/Pontoon

Pontoon is a web localization system that works in a WYSIWYG mode.

Status

We have released Pontoon 0.1 which proved the concept and was very positively received by the audience. We gathered list of features we want to have in 0.2 and need to work on them to reach it.

Goals

• Bring Pontoon to 0.2 release

Non Goals

• Make it ready for production use

Timeline / Milestones

• We don't have bugs, but we have an etherpad document.
• We believe that if we get the resource by the end of January, we can have Pontoon.next released by the end of March.

Dependencies

• Man power. We're waiting for a resource to lead the development over this quarter. Gandalf will manage the project, overview the work and lead the communications.
