• Continue learning bedrock with James (came back from Webdev work week), I now succeed in generating source .lang files but the l10n process is very unclear and the documentation is not that correct
• Prepare move to new (temporary) office next week
• Note that tomorrow is bank holiday for France

• Worked on new locales for the Newsletter center to be released mid-May (Hungarian, Russian, Indonesian), as well as updating the subscription messages
• Lots of work with Kaze on rebooting the French Community (we lost 4 localizers in the last month, Cédric, Filip, Julia and Clochix), we now have a new blog, a revamped home page syndicating content from our recently created twitter account and key mozilla blogs in French, a new wiki for the whole project (not just l10n), two events in Paris planned in May and June and a gathering of all key community members still involved mid-June for a week-end of work and decisions on the future of Frenchmozilla.
• Working on beta audience in France with marketing
• created a dedicated repo on l10n-misc for surveys and removed survey files from mozilla.org repo, updated webdashboard to pull data from this new repo
• started working on a beta users survey for Grace
• Mobile download pages ready for most of the potential locales
• I became a Mozilla Rep for France so as to be able to get logistics help organizing events (among them l10n events)
• Google Play NativeUI work with Milos
