Pascal

planned for this week:

  • Ship new release of Transvision

done last week:

  • Reworked Transvision install process to provide an installation setup for devs that doesn't require downloading all of Mozilla repositories, cuts down installation from several hours to minutes. That allows devs to work on most of the code except the code related to our repos, that should removes a big blocker to occasional contribution.
  • Worked on fixing an intermittent test failing on Travis for Transvision
  • Small reviews for langchecker/webdashboard patches from Théo/Flod
  • Worked with French community on hosting the Portuguese community on mozfr server as they don't have any resource available. Still waiting for action from IT to create their mailing list.
  • Kept working on deleting old pages, we are now down to ~400 files and folders on the PHP side (+8000 when we created Bedrock), all the remaining files are blocked on en-US content not migrated yet.
  • French Community event (welcoming event for new volunteers). One of our existing community members may be interested in participating in Intelligo.

Pei

  • Marketplace blog site [in progress]:
    • Coordinate localization with committed community and outsource the ones with no coverage. Localization should be completed before end of May.
    • Getting PO set up for outsourcing. pl and el communities will have a chance to review once content is localized.
  • Marketing [in progress]:
    • Resume screenshot project for 1.3 launch campaign to existing markets (tier1 markets: es, pt-BR; tier2 markets: rest). Waiting for text to be finalized before working with Flod to create master copy.
    • Learn from Flod to submit file to SVN so marketing terms can move away from google docs.
    • Developer Toolkit: new request from Sakina Groth. Gather feedback on English content; set up PO for work that doesn't have community coverage.
