What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia
I really want to understand how I can be more strategic in using our community to drive marketing results. Today, I'm unclear on how the community can contribute to marketing efforts as much as it contributes to coding and localization efforts.
What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)
I want to meet as many community leaders as possible, assess their capabilities and interest in driving marketing programs.
What I will achieve by December 2nd
An initial presentation to my team on how we might re-think our interactions with the community to make better use of it.
What I will achieve by December 16th
A final recommendation set to my team on how to allocate resources in 2013 to community-driven marketing efforts.
