Skipped tests for e10s

These tests are currently skipped if e10s is enabled. Some of them may work now. They need to be tried locally, have bugs associated with them, fixed and enabled if they're any good.

As of Jan. 5 2014: 225 skipped. 173 have bugs associated. We could file those 52 bugs.

How to submit fixed tests

In order to fix mochitests and change manifest files you will need commit access and to be able to use the try server. To set up this access you will need a public ssh key and to send in a signed form.
