  • [Florin] What are the latest plans for releasing the new search? Are there any pending blockers at the moment?

  • Mozmill
    • Mozmill-CI production has been upgraded ( https://github.com/mozilla/mozmill-ci/compare/fed024694316...9ed1b907f73d )
      • Upgraded Jenkins to 1.580.1 LTS with a lot of internal bug fixes
      • Fixed issue with high HTTP session count and possible freezes of the machine
      • Enabled Ubuntu 14.04 nodes
      • Fixed problem with aborting a job (running process on the slave was not killed!!)
    • We seem to still face problems with pulse e.g. for todays 34.0.5 release builds
    • Marionette transition
      • Working on the implementation for the browser ui module
      • We will have a joined meeting next week with the a-team to show off our vision for the future Marionette tests
  • Tests
    • We had more failures/regressions, updates for nodes and enhancements to do last week, finished 1 new test
    • working on updating our search library, investigated what changed, how to implement, then we'll be able to fix the tests and add the new one Teodor has ready
    • I'll go through in-qa-testsuite flags for proxy/networking tests as I understand from Florin those would be good to have
    • Received steps from Nils to run loop, will try them out

Stability

  • No significant issues right now!
  • Nightly has bad crash rates, but bugs are probably looked into or related to e10s (which has been turned off by default for this week)
