  • [Florin] Started to run regression tests. There are lots of issues, so covering all areas may take some time. We'll send regular updates with areas covered and results.
    • [Andrei] We're currently knee-deep in testing and investigating Places (Bookmarks, History, Live Bookmarks). So far, Live Bookmarks seems to be the most buggy area.

ESR (Fx 31.3)

• Bug 1072382 - Unable to load GMail, "Error code: ssl_error_inappropriate_fallback_alert" displayed
  • issue only happens when we fail a TLS 1.2 handshake and get stuck at a lower TLS version. When the handshake restarts the second time around, it will produce the error as the user is stuck at a lower TLS version. Restarting fixes the issue until the user runs into it again
  • after spending about 2-3 hours loading Google properties, I've only managed to reproduce the problem once.
