* What information do we want to provide him/her (e.g. Apps using more data)?
* What options should we offer him do users get (e.g. buy more data, limit app traffic, swithswitch-off 3G data and use wifi only )?* Do we enable specific contraints/abilities for individual apps? eg:** ...restrict app type X to specific connections (eg: Skype is allowed wifi only). ** ...allow app type Y to automatically select preferred connection in certain conditions (eg: switch to WiFiif approaching data limits)?.** ...etc
