These designs are intended for the development team and contributors to the Firefox 3 release as ''internal'' (i.e., not customer facing) branding around the project name. They are not intended in any way to be part of official or unofficial marketing for the final product.
As you may know, every Firefox release has a code name from major parks around the world. Gran Paradiso, (Great Paradise), “evokes images of travel from an earlier, more glamorous era so we decided to center our campaign around a vintage travel theme”, reads John’s post.
The beautiful art created by poster designer, Steve Forney, pictures a beautiful Mediterranean landscape and a plane flowing above carrying a Firefox 3 banner.
