Wouldn't it be a better idea to use the Telegram user links of the owners of the groups rather than their mozillian profile (which doesn't make any sense at all). Of course, we'd have to ask the owners so that they can handle the amount of PM's they'll recieve after that.

Considering mozillians.org has an external accounts column for Telegram, I'd prefer the mozillians link. ALthough the Telegram link is straightforward, putting mozillians link shows everyone the good practice of always redirecting to the canonical profile for all communications.
