Get Mail Main button doesn't work after upgrade

can't access the downloaded email https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=536206 workaround:

1. Tools->account settings->server settings, for your pop3 server
2. click the advanced button,
3. tell it to download new mail to the global inbox, if that's not currently selected
4. restart TB and see if new mail gets downloaded to the local folders inbox
