Summary: Following new governance presentation by JB, give the opportunity to all interested contributors to get organized and get insights from the Thunderbird staff members. Session will be hosted by Lead Engineer Mark Banner.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): This is in the Grow Mozilla community sesssion. We need to foster energy around Thunderbird and keep community involved and this will be the way to get first hand information from Thunderbird engineering team.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Organised sub-groups of contributors who will work at solving some specific features or technical issues.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Thunderbird enthusiasts

Equipment Needs (Video projector already included): 1 paperboard
